Services

JG Works provides two distinct service offerings:

• Dashboard Services: Custom executive dashboards that connect your existing tools (Ultra and Premium tiers)
• Consulting Engagements: Ad Hoc project-based support and Fractional Ops for ongoing operational leadership

Engagement Terms

Dashboard projects typically take 8 weeks to complete. Consulting engagements are scoped based on your specific needs.

All engagements require a discovery call to assess fit and requirements before work begins.

Payment Terms

• Dashboard projects: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
• Consulting engagements: Billed per project or monthly depending on engagement type
• 30-day cancellation notice required for ongoing services

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request and standard for all engagements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Dashboard deliverables and related code become your property
• JG Works retains the right to reuse methodologies and frameworks
• Client data remains your property at all times

Limitation of Liability

JG Works provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Dashboard projects in progress will be billed for work completed to date. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for unused consulting hours.
